• How do I buy?

  Top up your balance, open a product, choose an option, enter your game ID if asked, and buy. The order appears in My orders.

• How do I top up my balance?

  Open Top up in your account, pick an amount and pay in the PayGate checkout with USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH and other coins. The balance is added once the payment is confirmed.

• Where is my code?

  Gift card codes and game keys appear in My orders next to the order. Direct top-ups go to the game ID you entered.

• I entered a wrong game ID

  Credits sent to a wrong ID cannot be moved. Always check the ID in your game profile before you buy.

• Can I get my balance back?

  The balance cannot be withdrawn. If an order cannot be delivered, its price goes back to your balance automatically.

• I forgot my password

  We do not collect email, so a password cannot be reset. Keep your username and password safe.

• Why are prices in US dollars?

  All products and top-ups use one currency, so the price you see is the price taken from your balance.
