Automatic refunds
If an order cannot be delivered, its price goes back to your balance automatically.
Delivered orders
Codes and keys that were shown in your order list, and top-ups sent to the ID you entered, cannot be refunded.
Balance
The balance cannot be withdrawn to a wallet or bank account.
