Terms of service
These terms apply to everyone who uses GameMarket (gamemarket.fit). Creating an account means you agree to them.
Accounts
You sign up with a username and password. We do not collect email, so a lost password cannot be recovered. Keeping it safe is your responsibility.
Balance and payments
Top-ups are paid in the PayGate checkout and added to your balance after the payment is confirmed. The balance is used for purchases on GameMarket and cannot be withdrawn.
Orders
The price is taken from your balance when you buy. Direct top-ups are sent to the account ID you enter; check it before you buy. If an order cannot be delivered, its price goes back to your balance.
Permitted use
Use GameMarket only for lawful purposes. Fraud, chargeback abuse, reselling stolen goods or attacks on the service are not allowed and lead to account suspension.
Products and trademarks
Game and brand names belong to their owners and are used only to describe the products. GameMarket is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
Changes
When these terms change, the new version is posted on this page with its date.
